1. General Policy

  • VMR Assist Ltd provides vehicle recovery, collection, and transportation services locally and nationwide.

  • All bookings are confirmed once a service is scheduled and any deposit or payment arrangements are agreed.

  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in line with this policy and applicable UK consumer laws.

 

2. Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 24 hours before service: Full refund of any payment made.

  • Less than 24 hours before service: 50% of the service fee may be retained to cover allocated resources.

  • After driver has been dispatched: No refund is available; full service fee is payable.

 

3. Cancellation by VMR Assist Ltd

​

  • If the Company is unable to provide the service due to mechanical issues, staff unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

  • Where possible, the Company will offer to reschedule the service at no extra cost.

 

4. Delays & Service Issues

​

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other events outside our control do not qualify for a refund.

  • If the Company fails to provide the service within a reasonable timeframe and cannot complete it, a full refund will be issued.

 

5. Non-Refundable Situations

​

  • Failure by the customer to provide correct vehicle information or access for collection/delivery.

  • Vehicles deemed unsafe, overweight, or illegal to transport.

  • Personal belongings left in the vehicle. VMR Assist Ltd is not responsible for loss or damage to items inside the vehicle.

 

6. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
